COLUMBIA, Md. and SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Jan. 15, 2026 — Coda Solutions Corporation announced today that it has been awarded a contract position on the Missile Defense Agency’s Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) program, an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a shared ceiling of $151 billion.
The SHIELD program is designed to enable a fully integrated, multi-layered defense ecosystem capable of detecting, tracking, and neutralizing threats across all phases of flight. This architecture addresses a broad spectrum of threat vectors, including ballistic, hypersonic, and cruise missiles, as well as space, cyber, and hybrid threats, through rapid competition and execution of mission-focused task orders.
