Medical Coverage
Coda pays 100% of employee and eligible dependent medical premiums and deductibles through a company-funded Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA). Coverage is available for employees, spouses or domestic partners, and eligible dependents, and includes preventive care, prescription coverage, virtual care services, and access to a nationwide provider network.
Life Insurance & Accident Protection

All employees receive Company-paid life insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage through The Hartford, with supplemental coverage options available for employees and eligible family members.

401k

Employees may participate in Coda’s 401(k) plan with Traditional (pre-tax) and Roth (after-tax) contribution options. The company provides a matching contribution equal to 100% of employee salary deferrals up to 6% of compensation, with immediate vesting. Participants can choose from a diversified investment lineup that includes target-date, stock, bond, balanced, and capital preservation investment options.

401k Loans & Withdrawals

Eligible participants may access a portion of their vested 401(k) account balance through the plan’s participant loan program without withdrawing funds from the plan.

Dental Coverage

Prescription drug coverage includes retail pharmacy access, mail-order services, and specialty pharmacy support. Through Coda’s company-funded HRA, eligible prescription expenses for employees and covered family members are paid as part of the medical plan’s deductible support program.

24/7 Virtual Care

Virtual healthcare services provide employees and covered family members with convenient 24/7 access to participating healthcare providers for eligible medical consultations, follow-up care, and routine healthcare needs.

Disability Insurance

All employees receive company-paid short-term and long-term disability coverage through The Hartford, providing income replacement benefits for eligible employees who cannot work due to a covered illness or injury.
